| Q2. We have never stayed in a villa before, so why should we choose you rather than a hotel? | ||
| Our villa offers you a living area, kitchen and dining area in addition to a games room and en-suite bathrooms. The lowest nightly rate for our villa is £72 / $145 per night and is cheaper than paying for several hotel rooms. With our villa you also get your own private screened pool with spa, which is open 24/7 and which you won't have to share with other hotel guests. You won't need to worry about car parking either! | ||
| Q3. Can two families share? | ||
| Of course! Our house is ideal for two families wanting to take a holiday together. | ||
| Q4. Are there any other facilities? | ||
| Yes, there is an elegant clubhouse that offers a cyber cafe, exercise room, arcade room, pool, spa, volleyball, tot lot and more! | ||
| Q5. Do I need to take my hairdryer? | ||
| No, we have four hairdryers, if you want to take your own feel free. Our own experience is that a UK hairdryer does not work in Florida! | ||
| Q6. Can you organise a welcome food package? | ||
| Absolutely, just let us know. In fact we can organise fresh flowers and champagne! | ||
| Q7. Do you have a Playstation? | ||
| Yes, we have a PS2 in one of the twin bedded rooms. | ||
| Q8. If we want to book your villa what happens next? | ||
| We strongly suggest that you call us to make sure your weeks are available, we will then hold your dates for seven days, in the mean time we will send you a booking form, once you have returned the booking form and your deposit we will then confirm your booking | ||
| Q9. How much deposit is required? | ||
| We take a non-refundable deposit of £100.00 / $200 per week. | ||
| Q10. When do we pay the remainder of the balance? | ||
| We ask that you send the final balance 12 weeks prior to your travel dates; we will then send you all of our address details, directions, and useful hints and tips to make your stay in our home more enjoyable. | ||

Q11. Can the pool be heated and how much does it cost? |
||
| Yes, we recommend pool heating between September and April; you may have the pool heated and ready for action as you arrive. The price for heating the pool is £100 per week. | ||
| Q12. Is the temperature of the spa the same as the pool? | ||
| No, the spa is controlled separately by a timer and thermostat, you simply choose how long you want to enjoy! | ||
| Q13. Do we need to bring our own towels? | ||
| No, all towels for use in the villa are provided. | ||
| Q14. Do we need to bring our own beach towels? | ||
| Yes, for the water parks and the beach and the pool, or better still, buy them whilst you're out in Florida. | ||
| Q15. Can you help out with Disney tickets? | ||
| Yes. Our management company can organise discounted tickets delivered to the villa. This means no waiting in line to buy your tickets at the gate! |
