it.
Our
villa is a luxury 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home, which will accommodate up
to 8 people. It comes with an extra large pool that measures 14 feet by
30 feet and also has a spa.
We
are located on the Watersong Development which is situated just off Highway
17-92. This is a prestigious development in a conservation area of Orlando
and is a gated community with, as the name suggests, natural lakes around
it. Our villa backs on to one of the natural lakes and faces west, thus
ensuring you enjoy the best of the sun in the evening when you are relaxing
by the pool after a busy day out.
Watersong
sheds a new light on Florida living, and being abundant with natural flora
and fauna, the area offers a therapeutic escape. An elegant clubhouse
that offers a cyber cafe, exercise room, arcade room, pool, spa, volleyball,
tot lot and more! Close by there are many prestigious, championship golf
courses.
Interstate
4 is less than 10 minutes away which is ideally situated for reaching
Disney World in 10 to 15 minutes, Sea World in around 20 minutes, Universal
Studios in 25 minutes and Kennedy Space Centre in 60 minutes, and not
forgetting the many other attractions Orlando has to offer. Going West,
don’t forget the beautiful beaches of Florida’s Gulf coast which are approximately
90 minutes away. The journey time to disney is now even quicker, due to
the completion of a new toll road that links the I4 to a new entrance
into the parks.
