Should you
require any of these extra services, please let us know before your
arrival and we will be
happy to arrange them for you. There are two ways to pay, either in £'s
to ourselves or in $'s direct to the Management Company by credit or debit
card.

Please note that a barbeque can only be used outside the pool caging.

If you require
use of the cot then please provide your own bedding.

All cheques are to be made
payable to "NJJ and Mrs SM Wood". A non-refundable
deposit of £100 Sterling / $200 USD per week is due within 7
days of your provisional booking being accepted along with a
completed booking form. On receipt of
your deposit we will bank your cheque and wait for clearance,
following which we will send out a confirmation of booking. Payment of the
balance is due 12 weeks prior to your arrival date. On receipt,
banking and clearance of your parties’ final payment, a detailed information pack about the villa, including directions and access codes, will be sent out. A refundable
security deposit of £200 Sterling / $400 USD is required at
the same time as the final balance.
