Our luxury villa is air conditioned throughout and immediately upon entering you will notice how light and airy it feels. There are four en-suite bedrooms, two Master suites (one has a King sized bed, the other a Queen) and two twin-bedded rooms. Each bedroom has its own TV and DVD player, a hairdryer and clock radios. In addition to this, one twin-bedded room has a PS2, complete with two controllers and a couple of games.
  
 
 
 
Our kitchen is extremely well-equipped and fitted with all the latest appliances, including a large fridge-freezer with ice-making facility, range oven, dishwasher and microwave. We have ample utensils, glasses, crockery and cutlery and much more besides!
  
 
 
 
In the living area there are two luxurious sofas, where you can relax in comfort and enjoy watching one of the many programmes available on Cable TV or maybe choose a film from the selection of DVDs we have provided. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day at the Parks.
  
 
 
  The dining area is elegantly furnished and the ideal place to enjoy an intimate meal for two or a family feast!  
 
Out on the lanai there is ample furniture for all your needs, whether it be al-fresco dining in the shade or soaking up the sun on one of the sun loungers. We have a 30'x14' pool with raised spa set in an extended deck so plenty of room for everyone, both in and out of the water! For added security there is a safety fence provided to stop young children getting near to the pool when unsupervised. The pool deck is fully screened to help keep the pool clean and any bugs out, what it doesn't keep out is the sun so no worries if you're hoping to go home with a tan!
  
 
 
  We have converted our garage into a games room, where you'll find a pool table, foosball table and electronic dartboard. Somewhere perhaps for Dad and the children to play whilst Mum relaxes by the pool! Also located in the games room is the washing machine and tumble drier.  
  Meet some of the locals! We have resident geese on the lake to the rear of our home and also a family of cranes visit on a regular basis too.  
 
 
 
Towels and bed linen are provided in the villa, all you need to bring are your beach towels. Free use of the telephone for local calls is provided, as is wireless internet access, just don't forget your laptop! A key-coded lock box is provided for the safe keeping of the keys whilst you are away from the home, and a security alarm has been fitted for that all important extra security.
  
 

Our Management Company are in charge of the maintenance of the property and pool, as well as being on hand to help with any problems you may have during your stay.
